Acceptance
By downloading or using ElkNut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use ElkNut for your own non-commercial training and reference.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium features require a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings.
Content and conduct
ElkNut content is for educational purposes. You are responsible for hunting safely and legally, including following all applicable laws, regulations, and license/tag requirements in your area.
Intellectual property
All app content — audio, video, text, and tools — is owned by ElkNut or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
Disclaimers
ElkNut is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee hunting outcomes. Tool estimates (e.g. pack-out weights, rut timing) are approximations for planning only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElkNut is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
